A Letter From A Storage House's Owners Regarding COVID-19 Operations

To our valued customers,

We are continually monitoring the rapidly evolving COVID-19 situation and the guidance of public health officials in Washington state. Considering recent developments, we want to provide you with an update on our efforts to continue to meet your self-storage needs. Our facility remains open, but it is certainly not business as usual.

What we are doing differently…
  • While we take pride in the cleanliness of our office and facility, we have enhanced the cleaning and sanitizing of high touch areas including keypads, doorknobs, countertops and other frequently touched places. We encourage our customers to use our “text to open” feature.
  • Our office doors are temporarily closed however we are still available to assist you.
  • When you visit our office, we will meet with you outside. We will refrain from handshakes, but we will still greet you with a smile! We will respect social distancing recommendations of at least six feet.
How you can help…
  • New customers may rent online or start the customer set up process by reserving a unit online at no additional cost.
  • Please call or email prior to visiting our office as our office doors are temporarily closed and our operating hours may vary.
  • To the best ability you can, please communicate with us by phone, email or our website.
  • If you visit our facility or access your storage space, we urge that you follow CDC guidelines so that you are well informed about protecting yourself in public places.
  • When you visit your storage space, we encourage you to text to open the gate. If you are unsure how to access the gate with your mobile device, please call our office for instructions.

We do not expect any disruption to our normal gate access hours.

We value your business and more importantly your health and well-being as a member of our community. Thank you for your patience and understanding while we navigate the current situation. We look forward to getting through this difficult time and continuing business as usual when we can.
